It's probably the mom in me, but I don't think that you should be randomly giving out your phone number to everyone on the internet.

Worry, anxiety, anger and saddness are all just a part of life and the sooner we learn to just ride those emotions rather than controling them with pulling, the better we will all be. Don't try to run from your emotions....either face them head on or just ride them out.

Journal your thoughts and emotions. Talk to others so that you don't feel like you are the only one who thinks certain things. Try to sleep regularly and eat well so you don't pull when you are hungry or tired. Do things to keep your hands busy when you are watching tv and if you feel alone....remember you are never alone.
