The drug Abilify could help you!

I am 30 and I have had OCD since chiildhood. My worst symptom was compulsive skin picking on my feet. For over 20 yrs. my feet were raw, painful and bloody. I even picked off most of my toenails. I have been on Paxil for years for depression but it never did anything for the picking. I thought I would pick for the rest of my life.

Then my depression got bad again and my Dr. added Abilify (5 mg/day) to the Paxil. My depression lifted in a matter of days. Then the most amazing thing happened- within a week or so, I totally stopped picking. It was like a miracle. I have stopped for a year now and my feet are healed and perfect.

I have always felt that picking is like a sister-disorder to Trich. I have always really identified with trich sufferers. When I stopped picking one of my first thoughts was that Abilify could help other pickers and then I thought maybe it would work for Trich, too. I think it is worth a try!
