Hello, I have just joined and was wondering if anyone has found relief with a forum. I was put on Zoloft about 2 months ago and have been pulling since high school.
At least you can lash out
At least you can lash out your frustrations using this forum...that alone should give you some relief....because you do not want any of your family and friends know that you pull your hair. We all have the same problem here ..and understand what you are going through...just don't give up...keep trying to stop from pulling
