Trichophagia?

I think I have this along with Trichotillomania.
Does anyone pull there hair and eat the folicles? Or am I the only weirdo here?
I've been doing this since I was 12 years old and I'm 24 now. I barely have any hair left on the whole left, top, and back of my scalp.
Does anyone do that too? Just the left or right side of your scalp? I don't understand.
Would you say I should look into going to see a doctor? I don't know what to do.
Also, I'm new to this site so if anyone would like to share there problems to me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I eat the hair follicles too,
I eat the hair follicles too, sometimes even the entire hair (esp. eyelashes). It makes me feel "satisfied" or "whole" when I eat what I pull...I guess because of the oral stimulation, and/or the psychological aspect of putting what I've taken out of my body back in...?
Anyway, yes you should see a doctor for both problems, but particularly the trichophagia because after a while it can cause serious stomach problems, dental issues, etc. It's sometimes considered a separate disorder, but most people just see it as a symptom of trichotillomania, and the most dangerous one at that. Eating of follicles/hair is the first thing all my self-help books and therapists focus on controlling. I've had stomach problems since I was about 8, and I'd started pulling at age 6--after I went to therapy and got better control of the eating last year, I've felt so much better! Definitely worth seeing a doctor, even if you aren't having digestive problems from the eating.
