Sometimes I feel that I would be doing a lot better at controlling my Trich if I had someone else to report back to. Someone that I could be accountable to. I always feel worse about not meeting a goal if I have to admit to someone that I didn't meet the goal.
Use this forum to report weekly on your progress- successes and failures, your moods, and your goals. We should all be here to help each other. After you report, reply to several people on the thread and give them your encouragement.
Trich has a way of making you feel very alone and isolated. Let's stop that feeling by leaning on each other for support.
I will start: My goal is to not pick my eyelashes or eyebrows for the remainder of the week. I will report back on Monday and let you all know how I felt, how I did in accomplishing my goal, and what observations I made about myself this weekend. Wish me luck!

- I pluck only 1 black hair....i can resist my urge coz i try to give a full commitment to this...

you pluck 10 hairs before you remembered your commitment..thank goodness it was not a handfull...I know it's hard but next time try to remember your commitment before you reach the 10th strand

I understand your frustrations..and hope you find a solution to stop pulling over the weekend..... I pulled out the hair on my head for 13 years..and just this September 11th when I joined this forum...I quit cold turkey...just woke up that morning and said this is it ...no more pulling...it's hard but i'm doing it..I still get the urge to pull...but I don't. I'm getting my self esteem and my confidence back... My hair is growing back, I can see new growth everyday.

Wow, it's so awesome to read that you have been able to go so long without pulling. It's definitely inspiration to me. If someone else can do it then so can I!
