A behavioral self therapy, I hope this will help some!

Here's the link where you find a 4 weeks program to stop pulling. I met a therapist last spring many times and managed to have a quite a long pause but then it started again, so I found this therapy site instead, tried it and it worked! I had a break in pulling for at least two months, now I've started again and I'll start again with the program, too. And I know it'll work for me again - I know the key for me is to write down, have an accurate record of every time I pull. It was helpful both in the spring with the therapist and with this website program. I hope someone else can find something useful from that program, too! I'm still working on how I could manage to stop it permanently and not just for two or four months or so. But the influence from stopping has been huge, I have seen increased selfconfidence and such!
Hopefully this is helpful for somebody, I recommend you to try at least! :)
Best wishes and good luck with the program,
Heini
