New to forum

Hi, my name is amber and i have been pulling for about 6 years now. I was pull free for ten months but i started pulling again in september. It has gotten so bad now and i am starting to get bald spots really bad. I am so tired of going through this and having to deal with the cycle. All i can do is think about my hair it is taking over my life again and i do not want it to. I am seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist but nothing has helped so far! i just wanted to introduce myself and see if maybe anyone would like to talk!! Thanks!!
