pls help me i just discover what happen when you eat your hair and im so scared pls help.. i stop eating the hair just the root?

Some of it does, but some of it may also stay in your stomach. If you have to, bite it into smaller pieces so it can't collect in your stomach. I had a bezoar, and it was not fun.
