abby rohrers book?? has it cured anyone??

Has anyone read Abby Rohrers book "whats wrong with pulling my hair?" apparently she has cured many many people with this book as she was a sufferer for 27yrs was wondering if it has cured anyone as I need to fina a way to stop i am 29yrs old and been pulling since i was 6yrs old.
