Hi Im New

Hi all I dont pull out strands of hair , I twiddle it and knot it up first and then after a while the knot comes out or I have to pull it out. I have done this since childhood I have times when I have managed to stop but then the urge always comes back., and I actually get a calm from it , I quite often find I do it when watching tv etc is this Trichotillomania??
