Hi, thanks for starting the forum. this could result in a cure one day. I am a family doctor in virginia and my daughter 17 has struggled with trichotilomania for about 5 years off and on. We have not been able to stop her pulling. she has been able to go for weeks at the time but then it comes back. she recently has had more pulling from scalp and is considering shaving her head. I dont know if it will work but may for a period of time. Anybody have thoughts or experience on shaving head to stop.
