Hey people, my urge to pull is gone. I am four days pull free, hoping for more, and REALLY hoping for a full head of hair again. If i don't get it, at least i can save the hair i've still got. :D

How did you get the urge to stop?? I have had Trich since I was 15. The way I found out I had Trich was, this girl came on the news and she had her face blurred out to conceal her Identity, but anyway, she said she wanted to get more awareness on it. I saw that and I started thinking about my hair pulling. I felt releived that I wasnt the only one. At the time I didnt think anyone had this problem. Well, now Im 21 and married but I still have it. I want it gone now.
